TO ORDER SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. View and choose the multimediamakeup products you wish to order.*

2. Click on "net order form" icon below to open the order form.

3. Print out a copy.

4. Fill out using a blue or black pen.

5. Send the form together with a cheque or money order to the address on the form.**

   *Choose carefully as refunds will not be given for wrong product or colour choices.
**A full tax invoice will be sent via email or post to your address as provided by you on the form.
